NINAWA Marketplace Terms

1. Scope

These terms apply to the NINAWA marketplace at shop.ninawa.net. By creating an
account or confirming an order, you agree to the version presented for that
action.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and use only accounts
you are authorized to control. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
NINAWA may restrict an account where needed to protect users, investigate abuse
or comply with law.

3. Buyers

Review the product, seller, price, quantity, delivery information and available
payment method before confirming an order. Contact support promptly when an
order is incorrect, damaged, delayed or unauthorized.

4. Sellers

Sellers are responsible for lawful products, accurate descriptions and images,
prices, stock, fulfilment and required business information. A store or product
may require NINAWA review before it becomes public. Order contact data may be
used only for the relevant transaction and related support, not as an unrelated
marketing list.

5. Orders, payments and shipping

An order depends on stock, seller confirmation, the available payment method and
shipping eligibility. Fees and material delivery information are shown before
confirmation where available. Stripe card checkout is not currently offered as
a live public payment method. A shipping integration is not active merely because
an adapter exists in the application.

6. Returns and complaints

Return, refund and complaint eligibility depends on the product, order facts,
applicable consumer law and the published return process. NINAWA or the seller
may request reasonable evidence needed to assess a case.

7. Prohibited use

Do not misuse accounts, checkout, reviews, support, seller tools or privacy
requests. Do not submit unlawful goods or content, malicious code, secrets,
another person's identity documents, or full payment-card data in free-text
fields.

8. Platform operation

NINAWA may maintain, secure and improve the service and may remove or restrict
content or access when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity or legal
compliance. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or absolute security.

9. Privacy

The Privacy Notice explains how NINAWA processes personal data. Presentation of
the Privacy Notice is separate from acceptance of these contractual terms.
